The Paylocity Mobile App gives you the tools you need to stay connected and access HR and payroll information, all in one intuitive experience.

Paylocity is the mobile side of the HR and payroll system an employer runs on Paylocity. Staff use it to reach their pay records, time records and personal details from one signed-in home screen, with messages and assigned tasks alongside.
Access depends on the employer. What appears in the app follows your company's setup and your security role, so two people at the same company may see different menus. Use requires an employer that is a Paylocity client and a Paylocity login issued to you.
Employees can open current paychecks and look back through historical pay information. The app also sends a push notification when a check becomes available and when a time-off request is approved.
Time tracking covers clocking in and out, reviewing schedules and checking timesheets. Wage access is included: the developer lists the option to request part of wages already earned before payday, and this depends on the employer offering it.
Receipts can be photographed and submitted from the phone, and expenses can be reconciled against them. The developer also lists tracking of company card use, which is limited by the controls the employer has set on each card.
Expense items and card transactions appear in one place, so staff can see what has been filed and what is still open without going through a separate system.
Supervisors can submit, view and approve time-off requests, with real-time push notifications when requests come in. They can also review and approve expense reports and timecards for their direct reports.
Two further manager tools are listed: managing journal entries for direct reports, and creating, viewing and editing schedules and shifts. These appear only for users whose role grants them.
The company directory can be searched, and an interactive org chart shows how the company is structured and who to contact. Community, Paylocity's social collaboration hub, carries updates from leaders and lets colleagues talk to each other. Personal information can be edited from the app.
Sign-in uses one login for everything, and biometric unlock is available for quick access. The developer says traffic is encrypted and routed to Paylocity servers, sessions end after a period of inactivity, and an account is locked after repeated failed login attempts.
