Plague Inc. is a simulation game in which you start with a single infected patient and try to turn that pathogen into a global outbreak. The listing says it was built for touchscreens from the start, and it is rated USK 16+.
The game is aimed at people who enjoy strategy and simulation, particularly those who like working out a plan over a long run. The listing notes that the developer, Ndemic Creations, was invited to speak at the CDC about the disease models in the game.
The build we hold is Plague Inc. 1.26.1 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

You choose a disease from 12 types, and each one the listing describes has a different approach to master. The player's aim is to spread the infection across more than 50 countries, and the listing says that hundreds of traits can be evolved along the way.
The world pushes back. The listing describes thousands of world events, and the player has to adapt as humanity tries to defend itself. Each run is a question of which traits to evolve and when, against a board that changes in response.
Daily Diseases are a recurring challenge, and completing them lets you earn upgrades. Outbreak Mode puts you up against other players, and the listing describes it as competition against the world.
The paid-free listing describes several expansions that add new content. The Neurax Worm can control minds, the Necroa Virus produces zombies, and there are Speed Runs and real-life Scenarios. The Cure is described as the biggest expansion, in which you try to stop a global plague, and the listing says the developer made it with the World Health Organisation during the covid pandemic.
The game has full save and load support, so a long outbreak can be kept and returned to later. The listing also says it supports scoreboards and achievements, so results can be compared and tracked.
An in-game help and tutorial system covers how the game works. The interface is localised into English, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, French, Japanese, Korean and Russian.
