Pocket Casts plays podcasts and audiobooks in one app. It streams shows and episodes, and it can also keep episodes on the phone for listening without a connection.

The listing describes it as aimed at people who follow many shows and want their queue organised, such as listeners with a daily commute, a workout routine or time at home.

Finding shows, episodes and audiobooks

The app offers search across its catalogue, along with trending shows and recommendations that it describes as curated and personalised. Results can be filtered and sorted.
