Propel EBT & SNAP Benefits is a phone app for checking food benefit balances and what has been spent from them. The developer says it was previously called Providers and Fresh EBT.
Its main use is seeing how much is left on an EBT card for SNAP, or on a WIC balance, without calling the card provider. It also shows the spending history on those accounts.
The build we hold is Propel EBT & SNAP Benefits 9.3.0 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

Beyond food benefits, the app lists Child Tax Credit and TANF cash benefits as items it tracks. The developer also names Social Security and SSI among the benefits it can be used to manage.
Keeping these in one app means a person receiving more than one kind of aid can look at them together instead of logging into separate sites.
The app connects to the EBT card systems behind many cards, and the developer names Quest, ebtEDGE and ConnectEBT specifically, along with several state card programs. Summer EBT is listed as covered alongside SNAP and WIC.
Whether a given card works depends on which system issues it, so the card's program is the thing to match against the app's list.
The developer describes security features designed to guard against EBT theft, which is the main reason many people check their balances often.
Because the app shows balances and transactions as they appear, it can be used to spot charges that were not expected.
The developer also says the app points users to deals, job listings and updates about their benefits. These sit alongside the balance and spending screens rather than replacing them.
The listing presents them as ways to save money, so they are most useful to someone already checking their benefits regularly.
