What RDFit does with a paired smartwatch

RDFit runs on the phone and pairs with the IW7 MAX and PS9Ultra2 smartwatches, which the developer names as its supported models. It talks to the watch over Bluetooth, so the watch can show what the phone receives and send back a few phone actions.

The listing aims it at owners of those two watches who want their messages, calls and basic daily health readings in one place on the wrist.

Getting texts and app alerts onto the watch

RDFit pushes SMS and messages from other apps to the watch, where they can be read without picking up the phone. The watch shows them as they arrive.

A text received on the watch can be answered from there, so a short reply does not need the phone in hand.

Handling incoming calls and calling from the watch

When a call comes in, the watch can answer it, reject it, or send a reply to a text. The listing describes these three call actions as available on the wrist.

The watch's address book can also place outgoing calls, so a contact can be dialled from the watch without going back to the phone.

Step, sleep and heart rate tracking

RDFit reads step count, sleep and heart rate from the watch and evaluates that activity data, according to the listing. The developer says the purpose is to help you monitor and adjust your daily activity and routine.

The listing labels the health features as non-medical and intended only for general fitness and wellness.
