What this Hong Kong property search app covers
Ricacorp Real Listing is a property search app built around Hong Kong's for-sale market. The developer says it covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, so one app spans all three regions.
The developer presents the listings as its main selling point, saying the photos, prices and for-sale status are genuine and that you can arrange to see a property through an agent. The app is published by Ricacorp Properties Limited.
Browsing for-sale flats by district
The main use is looking through for-sale property listings in each region. Each listing comes with photos and a price, which the developer says reflect the property as it is being sold.
Because the coverage runs from Hong Kong Island through Kowloon to the New Territories, a search can be widened or narrowed across the whole territory rather than limited to one district.
Personalised property search options
The developer advertises several personalised search functions. The listing does not name them individually, but the stated aim is to help you find the properties you like more quickly and to act on the market while it is open.
These options sit on top of the listing browser, so the same set of for-sale properties can be narrowed to the ones that match what you are looking for.
Arranging viewings with a Ricacorp agent
According to the developer, a listing can be followed by an appointment with an agent. This is the step where a property you have found in the app turns into a visit or a conversation with someone who can talk about it.
The listing gives no further detail on how bookings are made or handled inside the app.
