Virtual cycling app for realistic indoor bike rides and outdoor success
By Irfan Rosli

ROUVY is a cycling app for riding indoors. You pick a route and ride it at home, so the weather does not decide when you train. The developer says it is built for both serious athletes and recreational riders.
The routes are the core of it. They are filmed video of popular cycling roads and paths around the world, and the app also offers AR virtual routes totalling more than 44,000 km. Each route has its own mix of terrain and gradients.
The build we hold is ROUVY: Indoor Cycling Training 4.7.2 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.1 and up.

Routes are shot on high-quality video, so the scenery changes as you pedal. The listing names the world's most iconic bike routes as the source, and the AR routes add a second set of places to ride that are not filmed.
Terrain and gradient differ from route to route. A flat stretch and a long climb feel different on the bike, which is the point of riding a varied set of roads rather than one fixed loop.
The app lists weekly challenges, special events and group rides as ways to ride with a purpose beyond a single session. Group rides let you train alongside other people on the app.
Avatar customization lets you change how your rider looks on screen, which the listing presents as part of the social side of the app.
ROUVY includes indoor training plans and individual indoor cycling workouts, which the developer says were designed by professionals. They give you a set structure for training rather than free riding alone.
The listing presents these as the way to work toward better cycling performance and cardiovascular health over the year.
The listing names integrations with Strava, Garmin Connect, TrainingPeaks and Wahoo, and says there are many more. These are the services your riding data can connect to.
If you already track rides or plan training in one of these services, the listed integrations are the part of the app to check against what you use.
