Running plans & mile tracker to lose weight, track running routes on a GPS map.

Running App is a running and walking tracker built around weight loss. The listing says it mixes running, jogging, walking and sprinting, which is how it aims to burn fat, and that it suits beginners as well as people at several other fitness levels.
It works as both a session logger and a set of guided training plans. Each workout is recorded with a GPS route, so the tracker and the plans are used together.
The build we hold is Running App - Lose Weight App 1.1.4 (APK) for Android 5.1 and up.

The tracker records distance, speed, duration and calories burned for each activity. The route you covered is drawn on a GPS map, and the listing says the details can be viewed in real time during the activity.
The listing also calls the app a mile tracker, so distances can be followed alongside the route. Each session gives one set of numbers and one map to review afterwards.
The interval walking plan is for people who rarely exercise and can manage low-intensity workouts. The running beginner plan is for new runners and aims to build a regular running habit.
The 5k plan takes you from 0k to 5k, and the 10k plan is for experienced runners aiming at 10k or more. Choosing a plan sets the level of effort, so the workouts step up as you progress through the plans.
A typical use is to pick the plan that matches your current level, then record each workout with the tracker. The GPS map and stats for each session show what you covered.
Because the four plans cover walking, beginner running and two distance targets, the same app can be used from the first walk to a 10k goal.
