What the game is and who it suits

SD Gundam G Generation ETERNAL is a role-playing game from Bandai Namco Entertainment. Its core is a roster of more than 1000 Mobile Suits drawn from 96 Gundam titles, and the developer says more titles and units will be added over time. It suits players who want to collect Gundam units and run them through stage battles, and who are willing to consider the two optional monthly passes.

The game is rated PEGI 16. Purchases made by users under 18 count toward their spending limits.

Building a squad for stage battles

Players choose Mobile Suits from the roster, assemble them into a squad, and deploy that squad into battle. The listing describes the roster as the largest part of the game, so the unit collection is what most of the play is organised around.

Stages are grouped into types the listing names directly: Capital, Units, Characters and Supporters upgrade stages, plus a main stage. Each type has its own challenge limit, which is where the passes below have an effect.

Eternal Pass: extra stage challenge attempts

Eternal Pass is a monthly subscription. While it is active, it raises the challenge limit for each of the four upgrade stage types by one. On purchase and at first login after each renewal, it also grants five Premium Unit Assembly Tickets and five Limited Time AP Packs.

AP Packs stay valid for 30 days from receipt and are lost if unused. Items that would exceed inventory are sent to Gifts instead. The subscription is tied to the account used at purchase, renews automatically at the end of each one-month period, and can be cancelled from Settings, then Subscription, at least 72 hours before renewal. Benefits run to the end of the period even after cancelling. Deleting the app or the game data does not cancel it.

Eternal Pass II: daily attempts, skips

Eternal Pass II is a second monthly subscription. It increases daily stage attempts and adds one to the main stage skip count while it is valid. Its item grant is larger than the first pass: ten SSP Conversion Chips, five Premium Unit Assembly Tickets and five Limited Time AP Packs.

Its renewal and cancellation rules match Eternal Pass. The two passes can be held together, and the listing notes that if effects do not appear, the purchase status can be checked from the in-game shop menu.
