The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Shyamoli Paribahan is a bus operator, and this app is built around its bus service. The listing centres on live bus tracking, so the main user is a passenger travelling on one of the company's buses.
The developer describes passenger comfort as the company's first priority and says it has been adding luxury buses to its fleet.
The developer says live tracking is installed in almost all of the company's buses. The app shows where each bus is at the current moment.
Knowing the bus's position lets a passenger judge how far away it is and plan the walk to the stop.
Because the live position is visible, a passenger can leave for the bus stand at the right time instead of arriving early or too late.
The listing says this is meant to stop passengers missing a bus or waiting at the stop when a bus is delayed.
The build we hold is Shyamoli Paribahan 18.2 (APKS split bundle) for Android 6.0 and up.
