A police chase racer set in an American city

Smash Cops Heat is a driving game in which you play a police officer chasing criminals through city streets. The developer calls it an action racer built around wild chases, and it is aimed at people who enjoy arcade driving with a lot of collisions. The listing says it has been played by over 10 million people and is rated Everyone.

Catching felons and surviving their attacks

Each chase is about pursuing fleeing felons at high speed and taking them down. The felons fight back with attacks of their own, so you also have to escape their counterattacks while you keep the chase going. Physics drive much of the action, and the listing describes the result as chaos and mayhem across the streets.

Power-ups that make takedowns faster

Two power-ups are exclusive to this version. InstaRam is meant for firing off rapid takedowns, and the redesigned Super Cop is meant to hold off repeated felon attacks. Both are there to make the chases more destructive.

Pursuit cars and the open city

The garage offers a range of high performance pursuit cars, from American muscle cars to exotic European hypercars. The city is described as large and driveable, with 3D graphics and the same physics-based chaos as the chases themselves.

Driving controls and in-game purchases

The developer describes the driving controls as easy to use and accessible to players of all ability levels. The game is free to download and play, but power-ups and paint jobs can be bought in-game, and the listing says access to those items can be managed in Settings.
