What the t2. Новый уровень app is for
t2. Новый уровень is the account app for people with a t2 Russia mobile subscription. The developer describes it as a way to manage services and the account from one place.
It covers three areas: the tariff and its services, the balance and payments, and partner offers. Most of the features are about seeing what you have left and changing what you pay for.
Checking data, minutes and changing your tariff
The app shows how many gigabytes and minutes remain in your current plan. A widget can display these figures and your balance on the home screen, so you can check them without opening the app.
From the app you can change your tariff and switch extra services on or off. The listing says these are handled inside the app, so you do not need to contact the operator for them.
Topping up, autopayment and promised payment
You can add money to your balance with a bank card. Autopayment is set up by linking a bank card, so payments can run without you topping up by hand.
The app also offers the promised payment option, listed under the name «Обещанный платёж», for times when the balance runs out before you can add funds.
Spending statistics, itemised bills and sharing data
The app shows statistics on your spending and lets you order an itemised bill, known as a детализация, from within the app.
You can also share gigabytes from your plan with other t2 subscribers. This is useful when one line on a family or shared plan has more data than it needs.
Partner discounts, cashback and event invitations
The listing describes discounts, cashback and gifts from t2's partners, shown inside the app. It also lists unique offers and invitations to events.
These sit alongside the account tools rather than being a separate section, so they appear in the same app you use to check your balance.
