TextMe Up is a calling and texting app that gives an Android phone a second number, or several. Each number works for real phone calls and SMS, so people can keep work, personal or side-project contacts apart without carrying another handset.
Everything sits under one account. You can add as many numbers as you want, and the app keeps them together rather than splitting them across separate logins.
The build we hold is TextMe Up Calling & Texts 3.55.0 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

A free phone number comes with sign-up. From there you can add more numbers, change a number, or pick a different one, and you can delete any number you no longer want. The listing says the numbers can come from the US, Canada, the UK and France.
Numbers are switched from a single screen, and all messages from every number land in one inbox. The listing describes this as a way to manage conversations across numbers without leaving the app.
Texts are sent as standard SMS to any number in the US, Canada and 40 other countries at no cost, according to the listing. Calls are made over the internet, and the listing says you can call numbers in the US, Canada, the UK and 200 countries. Some carriers or territories may not be covered by the free offer, and the free SMS offer is limited to users based in the US and Canada.
Calls to other TextMe Up users are HD voice or video, placed from the Android device. Group messages support photo and video sharing. You can invite friends to the app, and sign-in works with a Google or Facebook account.
Unlimited calls and texts to US and Canada numbers are a monthly subscription, priced at US$2.99 or CA$3.49. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at purchase, and the subscription renews automatically each period.
To stop renewal you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Subscriptions are managed on the Subscriptions page in Google Wallet, and the listing says a current subscription cannot be cancelled during its active period.
