What The Battle Cats is and who it suits
The Battle Cats is a casual strategy game in which you build an army of cats and send them against enemy bases. The developer, PONOS Corporation, lists it as requiring no registration before you start. It is aimed at casual play for a wide age range.
Each battle is a side-scrolling contest where you spend money to deploy cats and watch them move on their own. The game is set across space and time, and the enemies are odd creatures you counter with the right mix of cats.
Fighting battles with cats and the Cat Cannon
Deploying a cat is a single tap on the unit you want. Each cat then fights automatically, so the decisions are about which cats to bring and when.

Leveling up and evolving your cats
