What the strategy game is about
UnderGuild: Offense is a strategy game set beneath a city. You lead a small team of heroes and hired mercenaries down into the sewers, and the team you build is the main thing you work on.
The game is built around assembling a battle team from different mercenaries rather than one fixed hero. It suits players who enjoy building a group over time and planning fights around who is on the roster.
Recruiting and merging mercenaries into a battle team
You collect different mercenaries and combine them to make your team stronger. Merging is how the roster improves, so the choice of which mercenaries to bring into battle affects how the team performs.
Recruiting and merging together form the team-building loop, which is the part of the game the listing puts first.
Exploring the sewers, monsters and bosses
Exploration takes place underground, where you move through the sewers and challenge monsters and bosses. These encounters are where your merged team gets used.
