Undertone

Undertone is private group voice chat for people in the same place — a campsite, a festival crowd, a workshop floor, a road-trip convoy. One person hosts a room, up to seven friends join with a 4-digit code or a QR scan, and everyone talks over earbuds. No internet, no phone numbers, no accounts, no servers.

HOW IT WORKS
• Host a room and share the 4-digit code — friends nearby join in seconds
• Join by code, QR scan, or an invite link
• Phones connect directly to each other — on modern Androids there's nothing to set up: no router, no hotspot, no network at all
• On older phones, everyone joins the same Wi-Fi or a hotspot instead — the app tells you which applies
• Works completely offline — in the woods, underground, or anywhere without coverage

• End-to-end encrypted audio between every participant
