All-in-one teacher tool to launch and manage after-school classes efficiently.

UpkeepDay is aimed at teachers and tutors who run after-school classes or private lessons and handle the admin around them. It covers scheduling, student records, messages, attendance and billing in one app. The developer describes it as a project management tool for teaching work.
Most of the features fall into four groups: planning, day-to-day running, messaging, and getting paid. A tutor who keeps a list of students, a weekly timetable and a set of fees to chase would use all four.
The build we hold is UpkeepDay 1.65 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

The calendar lets you create and change class schedules, and the listing says new tasks, classes and students can be added automatically. Course materials and student lists are kept in the same place. You can also log student progress and write feedback against each student.
Managing tasks from a phone is handled by quick access tools, so changes to a timetable or a student list can be made away from a desk. The listing presents this as a way to keep work moving between lessons.
Attendance is recorded for each class, and the app generates invoices from that record without a separate step. Payments are tracked against those invoices, so you can see what has been paid and what is still owed.
Receipts can be personalized for your tutoring services, and the listing says payment processing is automated. Fees can be taken as one-time payments or as subscriptions, depending on how you charge.
UpkeepDay includes a messaging system for talking with students and their parents without leaving the app. Automated notifications go out for classes, schedule changes and courses. Reminders can be sent in e-mail format, and to-do items can be shared with parents and students.
Together these cover the routine messages a tutor usually sends by hand: a class is cancelled, a time moves, or a payment is due.
