Yandex Weather is a forecast app that the developer says has been running for more than 20 years. It shows current conditions and forecasts for a city, a neighborhood, or a precise address, so it can cover a commute, a weekend, or a trip somewhere else. The listing says the app is free to use.
It suits people who want local detail rather than a regional summary. The listing's examples are deciding whether to take an umbrella, what the weekend will look like, and where to go on holiday.
The build we hold is Yandex Weather & Rain Radar 26.10.10 (APKS split bundle) for Android 8.0 and up.

The app gives forecasts for 24 hours, for 10 days, and for one month ahead. The short-range view covers today and tomorrow, and the 10-day view covers the week and the following one. The monthly outlook is for longer planning.
Because the ranges sit in one app, a person can check tonight's rain and the next few weeks without switching tools.
The forecasts come from the developer's own forecasting system, called Meteum. The listing says it uses neural networks, and it claims accuracy down to the neighborhood level.
Users can set the forecast to a whole city, a single district, or an exact street address. The address setting is the one that gives the most local result.
Each forecast includes actual temperature alongside a feels-like value, plus precipitation, visibility, wind speed and wind direction, and air pressure. The listing also names magnetic storms, sunrise and sunset times, and lunar phases, with a note that there are more.
These readings are shown together, so the feels-like figure can be read against wind and rain in the same view. Sunrise and sunset times and lunar phases are included for people who track those times.
The app includes a rain radar and weather maps, which show where precipitation is moving. The listing also mentions weather alerts, which are notices about conditions that need attention.
Home screen widgets let a person see the forecast without opening the app. The widgets are the quickest route to the forecast for someone who checks it several times a day.
