Who Distribuce24 is for

If your electricity supply point is in the EG.D distribution area, Distribuce24 is written for you. The developer names South Bohemia, South Moravia, the Vysočina region and parts of the Zlín and Olomouc regions as the covered area. According to the developer, it works whichever company supplies your electricity.

The developer names a second group: electricians doing electrical work in that territory. For them the app includes a form for seal removal, described below. So the app has two kinds of user, people who hold a supply point and tradespeople working on one.

The app is free, according to the developer.

Supply point details and low tariff times

The app gives an overview of your supply points together with their technical details. Each point is listed in the app, so a household or business with more than one point can see them side by side.

For points on the low tariff, known in Czech as HDO, the app shows the times at which that tariff is switched on. This is the schedule that tells you when low tariff power is available at the point.

The overview and the tariff times are the core of the app. Everything else in the listing is attached to these points.

Measurement data and meter self-readings

The app shows measurement data for consumption and supply at each of your points.

It also lets you send some requests to the distributor from the app. The developer's example is a meter self-reading (samoodečet), where you report your own meter reading to the distributor.

The developer describes these as selected requests, so only some request types are covered. Other requests are not described in the listing.

Outages and faults on your supply points

The app carries information on outages (odstávky) and faults (poruchy) affecting your supply points.

The notices are tied to your own points, so what you see relates to the points you hold rather than to the network as a whole.

Seal removal form for electricians

Electricians working in the EG.D territory get a simple form for requesting seal removal (odplombování) from inside the app.

This is the one trade-specific feature the developer lists. The rest of the app, including the supply point overview and tariff times, is the same for everyone who uses it.
