Monitor Eczema Symptoms & Track Flare Up Triggers | National Eczema Association

Eczema Tracker by EczemaWise is a symptom and flare log for people with eczema, dermatitis or skin allergies. The developer, the National Eczema Association, says it is built for adults managing their own skin and for parents tracking a child's.
Each entry records how itchy the skin is, where the rash is on the body, and how much pain it causes. The same log can hold sleep, diet, stress and weather conditions, so a flare can be read against what was going on around it.
The build we hold is Eczema Tracker by EczemaWise 2.0.28 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

A flare tracker is the newer feature in the app. It lets you mark flare-ups as they happen and look back at how your eczema has changed across weeks or months.
Triggers and treatments go into the same record. Logging what you used and what you ate or where you were makes it easier to see which things line up with a bad stretch.
You can attach photos of a rash to the log and write a note against each one. The listing says these photos can be shared with a dermatologist, who can review them without you needing to describe the rash from memory.
Photos sit in the same record as the symptom entries, so a picture of a flare can be read next to its itch and pain scores and the triggers logged that week.
The app keeps symptoms, triggers, photos and treatments in one place, and the listing says you can use it to create and manage a treatment plan with your doctor. That gives you one shared record to bring to appointments.
Creation of new accounts has ended. Existing users can keep using the app through December 18, 2026.
