What Fitdays is for and who it suits

Fitdays is a body composition app from ICOMON. The developer says its measurement models draw on more than 30 years of experience in the weighing industry and are adjusted for regional and ethnic differences. It is built for people who want to follow changes in their body over weeks and months, rather than read a single number.

The app suits individuals tracking body composition, people who work on physique with girth measurements, and households that want several profiles in one place.

Body composition figures and trend charts

Each entry is analysed into 13 core body composition figures. The developer presents these as the app's main output.

Trend charts plot those figures over time, so a person can see the direction of change across their history rather than comparing one reading against the last.

Girth records and guided measuring

The girth chart record is for body measurements such as circumferences, which the developer positions for bodybuilding. Entries are kept alongside the body composition history.

Measurement instructions walk the user through each step of taking a measurement, so the process is laid out in order rather than left to memory.

Family profiles and app colours

Family use supports up to 24 users, so one installation can hold profiles for several people in a household.

The app offers 15 colour options for its interface, which the developer describes as popular choices.

Syncing body data with Google Fit

After the user authorises it, Fitdays sends body measurement data to Google Fit. This lets the readings sit alongside other fitness data in that service.

The sync depends on granting Fitdays access to Google Fit, so it only works for people who choose to connect the two.
