What the app covers for HSBC Hong Kong cardholders
HSBC HK Reward+ is the dedicated app for HSBC Hong Kong customers who hold an HSBC credit card. It puts the card's offers and reward balance in one place, and it lets you handle card transactions and bill payments without going through a separate banking channel.
The app is organised into three areas: Offer, Use RC and Account. Offer covers your card offers, Use RC covers how you spend RewardCash, and Account covers transactions, reward history and bill repayment.
Viewing and managing card offers
The Offer area shows the card and banking offers available to you at a glance. You can manage the offers you have, which the listing describes as a way to make the most of your rewards.
Because offers sit in the same app as your transactions and RewardCash balance, you can check them alongside the spending that earns rewards.
Spending RewardCash on vouchers, miles and partner points
