Public health records for SUS patients
Meu SUS Digital is the Ministry of Health's mobile app for the Sistema Único de Saúde, Brazil's public health system. The developer says it is the former Conecte SUS, now under this name. Its core use is letting a patient see their own records from public health services on a phone.
Signing in requires a Gov.br account. Once you are in, the records are the same ones that public health services hold for you.
Viewing exams, vaccines and medicine history
The history covers exams, vaccines and medications, along with your interactions at health services. It is a single place to check what has been recorded for you, instead of separate visits to each service.
A section called Meu Diário de Saúde lets you manage your personal health alongside the official records. The developer presents it as the place to keep your own health information.
Documents and certificates you can issue
The app issues documents and certificates from within the app. These include the vaccination certificate, the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (CIVP), and an authorization to collect sanitary pads.
The CIVP is the document used for international travel. The vaccination certificate is the domestic record of your immunizations.
Programs, transplant queue and nearby care
You can enroll in or leave the Farmácia Popular program directly in the app. If you are on the National Transplant System waiting list, you can follow your position in the queue.
The app also finds health services near you, including dental care (Saúde Bucal) and treatment for rare diseases. The developer describes its health and wellness news as coming from safe and reliable sources.
