MiniPay is a digital wallet that holds dollars and dollar-pegged stablecoins, built around moving money between countries. The listing describes it as self-custodial, so the wallet is meant to be controlled by the person who holds it rather than by the developer.

Most of the app is organised around four jobs: sending money abroad, cashing out into a local currency, holding USDT, USDC or USDm, and spending or receiving dollars and euros through a card and virtual bank accounts.

Sending money to 70 countries

You can send money to recipients in 70 countries. The listing names Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Brazil, Germany, Poland, France, Turkey and the United States among them. The developer says transfers arrive in seconds and at rates it calls competitive, but these are the developer's claims and have not been checked here.

Withdrawing to local currency

Dollars in the wallet can be withdrawn to local currency in the same 70 countries. The listing gives bank transfer and mobile money as the routes, along with other local payment methods, and says MiniPay charges no fee on deposits or withdrawals.

Buying and converting USDT, USDC and USDm

Stablecoins can be bought directly in the wallet with a credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, mobile money or other listed methods. The listing also says any crypto can be deposited and converted to USDT or USDC instantly, so the wallet can hold those tokens without a separate exchange step.

Dollar card and USD and EUR virtual accounts

The dollar card is for spending abroad, and the listing says it earns 5% cashback on purchases. Separately, the app issues US and EU banking details, which the listing says arrive instantly, so payments from the United States and Europe can be received straight into the wallet and later withdrawn to a local currency. The virtual accounts are provided by regulated third-party partners, not by MiniPay itself.
