Exclusively for Swiss Horological Smartwatches. Watch required.

MMT-365 is a companion app for Swiss smartwatches from Alpina, Frederique-Constant, Ferragamo, Mondaine and Movado. It only works with watches that use MMT SwissConnect technology for activity and sleep monitoring, and the listing says a watch is required.
Its target is people who wear one of those watches and want their step, calorie and sleep figures on their phone. The app reads what the watch records and presents it as charts and summaries.
The build we hold is MMT-365 10.1.1 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

The daily activity view breaks down steps, calories burned and total distance for the day. It also shows what share of your step goal you have reached so far.
Because the same figures can be viewed across a day, a week or a month, the activity history works as a running record rather than a single snapshot.
For each night, the app shows time spent in deep sleep, light sleep and awake. It also reports how long you took to fall asleep and how many times you woke up.
These numbers sit alongside the activity data, so you can compare how a night's sleep and a day's movement relate to each other.
You set your own goals for steps and sleep. A daily summary then shows how far you are toward each goal and a combined figure for both.
The day, week and month charts show whether those goals are being met over time, not only on a given day.
Dynamic Coach gives targeted tips meant to help you reach your activity and sleep goals. It also analyses your progress so far to keep you on track.
The tips are built from the same activity and sleep records the rest of the app displays, so they refer to your own numbers.
