This page needs its stylesheet to be shown
The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Remove Friction from Work

Now Mobile is a phone front end for internal service requests at a company that runs on the ServiceNow Now Platform. Pre-hires, new hires and existing staff use it to ask for things from IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal and other departments. The listing says it needs a ServiceNow New York instance or later, so it only works for people whose employer already runs ServiceNow.
The listing's examples cover a wide spread of requests, from a laptop or password reset to a corporate credit card or a signed NDA. Each one is a request routed through the company's own ServiceNow setup, not a general-purpose tool.
The build we hold is Now Mobile 22.2.0 (APKS split bundle) for Android 12 and up.

In IT, you can ask for a new laptop or reset a password from the phone. Facilities requests include setting up a new workspace and booking a conference room.
These are the everyday, nearby requests. Someone starting a job or moving desks can get equipment and space sorted without emailing a desk or calling a helpdesk line.
Finance requests in the listing include applying for a corporate credit card. Legal requests let a company send a new vendor an NDA to sign, or send a new hire an onboarding document to sign. In HR, you can create or update your profile and check the vacation policy.
Signing and profile tasks are the ones that usually need a form or a document, so the app covers those in the same place as the rest.
The developer says the app manages workflows that span several departments and systems. The user does not need to know which teams are involved in a given process. You pick the thing you need, and the back-end steps are routed behind it.
This matters most for new hires, who may not yet know which department owns a task. The listing presents that as the main reason the app exists.
