The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

ServiceNow Agent is the mobile app for service desk agents who work in ServiceNow. It lets an agent pick up, triage and resolve end-user issues from a phone or other mobile device. The app is aimed at agents who are away from a desk, including field staff and people handling security or asset tasks.
The app covers the most common service desk work for six areas: IT, Customer Service, HR, Field Services, Security Ops and IT Asset Management. Each area comes with a ready-made set of workflows.
The build we hold is ServiceNow Agent 22.2.0 (APKS split bundle) for Android 12 and up.

Agents can see the work assigned to their teams and triage incidents and cases from the app. Opening a record shows its full issue details, its activity stream and lists of related records. Those three views sit in the same app, so an agent does not have to switch tools to check the history of a ticket.
Approval requests can be handled with swipe gestures and quick actions, so a pending item can be cleared without filling in a full form. Agents can also accept and update work without an internet connection, which the listing presents as a core use of the app.
The app uses the device's own hardware for several tasks. The camera scans barcodes, the touchscreen collects a signature, and the built-in location and navigation features help an agent get to a site. These let field staff record a sign-off or check an item on the spot.
Out of the box, the app includes workflows for service desk agents in IT, Customer Service, HR, Field Services, Security Ops and IT Asset Management. The organization running the app can configure these workflows and extend them to match its own processes.
