RCT Power App is a monitoring and service app for RCT Power inverters and storage systems. The developer describes it as a way to see the important data of a storage system in one place. Owners use it to follow their system, and installers use it to commission a new storage system.
The app suits people who already own an RCT Power storage system and want its readings and settings on their phone. It is also aimed at installers who set up these systems.
The app shows the energy flow of the storage system online. This gives the current picture of how energy moves through the system.
It also gives access to historical data, so readings from earlier periods can be looked at as well as the current figures.
Simple system settings can be changed from the app. The developer lists this as part of the owner's everyday access to the system.
Software updates for the storage system can only be installed when the newest version of the RCT Power App is on the phone. The app therefore has to be kept current to receive those updates.
Installers use the app to commission RCT Power storage systems. Commissioning is the setup stage that brings a newly installed system into operation, and the app is the tool the developer provides for it.
The build we hold is RCT Power App 2.855 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.
