This page needs its stylesheet to be shown
The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

SecureSamsung devices include technology (SE for Android) to help secure your device.

SE for Android is security technology built into Samsung devices. This tool refreshes the policy files that it uses, which is how new protections get onto a phone or tablet.
The listing presents it as a Samsung-side component, so the people it is aimed at are owners of Samsung devices who want those policy files current.
SE for Android relies on a set of policy files that can be updated. The developer says these files are meant to protect the data stored on the device.
When Samsung identifies a new threat, it updates the security policies on the device to block that attack. The policy files are the part that changes, not the core system.
The developer says this behaviour is always enabled. A policy update can follow a detected threat directly, rather than waiting for the next scheduled software upgrade.
Installing the update is how the listing says a device gets its current protections. Without it, the device relies on whatever policy files it already has.
The developer points to a Samsung Knox page for more on SE for Android and for general tips on locking down an Android device. The page is at samsungknox.com under its how-to section for locking down Android.
The build we hold is Samsung Security Policy Update 6.1.01 (APK) for Android 9.0 and up.
