Save From Net Video Downloader

What the app is for

Save From Net Video Downloader is a link-based video saver for Android. You take a video page's link, the app fetches the file, and it lands on your phone so you can watch it without a connection. The listing points to memes, short clips from feeds, and guides or recipes that people want to revisit later.

It is built around one flow: copy a link, paste it in, pick a version, and save. The listing presents it as a way to keep a personal offline library without searching for the same clip again.

Pasting a link and choosing a size

The main entry point is a quick URL grab. You paste a link into the app, it processes the page, and within seconds it shows a list of sizes to choose from for your device. You tap the option you want and the download begins.

The listing describes this as the core action, so most saves follow the same steps. The choice of size is made before the file is written to the phone.

Saving social media clips and full films

The app has two named modes. The social media saver handles short clips from feed-style sites. The Movie Downloader is aimed at longer film files, and the listing says it lets you pick the exact file format you need.

The listing also says the app supports multiple formats across both modes, and that its HD option is for higher quality playback on larger screens. It does not list which sites or formats beyond these are covered.

Tracking downloads and finding saved files

A built-in download manager runs inside the app. It shows the status of each file while it finishes, which the listing highlights for large files, and keeps a history of past downloads so you can find a clip saved earlier without searching folders.

The manager is the same place you open to play what you have saved, so the saved list and the in-progress list sit together.

Sources the app does not cover

The listing states that Save From Net Video Downloader does not support YouTube, which it attributes to platform policy. Links from that site will not work with the app.
