This page needs its stylesheet to be shown
The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.
Allow CSS for this site — including in any content blocker or privacy extension that may be stopping it — then reload the page.
Includes optional in-game purchases of virtual currency that can be used to acquire virtual in-game items, including a random selection of virtual in-game items.

SimCity BuildIt is a city building simulator in which you play as a mayor running a town that grows into a metropolis. You decide what goes where, and the city changes in response to those choices.
Keeping citizens content and tax income steady is the core job. The game also adds a social side, with clubs, chat and competition against other mayors, so it suits players who like both planning a layout and interacting with other people.
The build we hold is SimCity BuildIt 1.83.3.15965422 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

You place skyscrapers, parks and bridges, and you provide services such as power plants and police departments. Placement affects tax flow and how the city grows, so the order you build things in matters.
The listing names traffic and pollution as problems you have to solve. Grand avenues and streetcars are the tools it offers for moving traffic through a busy city.
You can build Tokyo-, London- or Paris-style neighborhoods and unlock landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty. Sports stadiums and Future Cities technologies are also listed as things to unlock.
New geographic regions include Sunny Isles and Frosty Fjords, each with its own architectural style. Rivers, lakes, forests, beaches and mountain slopes are terrain you can build around or expand along.
You can defend your city against monsters, or go to war with other cities in Club Wars with your clubmates. Once a battle starts, you can unleash disasters such as the Disco Twister and the Plant Monster on opponents. Battles earn rewards that you can spend in battle, in building or on improving your city.
The Contest of Mayors pits you against other players in weekly challenges, and your results move you up the League ranks. Clubs, chat and battles are tied to an online connection that the game says must be persistent, and the game includes in-game advertising.
Trains can be unlocked and upgraded, and you can discover new train stations. You build and extend a rail network to fit your city's layout.
In a Mayor's Club, members trade city supplies and resources and help each other with their city projects. The game uses Google Play Game Services, so your play can be shared with friends unless you log out of that service before installing. Purchases of virtual currency buy in-game items, and the listing notes that some of those items are chosen at random.
