What TicTacMeow is for

TicTacMeow is a Tic Tac Toe game for Android where the marks are played by cats. The developer describes it as a casual version of the classic game, aimed at quick rounds against a computer opponent or a friend.

Playing against the cat bot or a friend

You can play two-player on the same game, or challenge the cat bot. The developer calls the bot smart, but does not say how strong it is.

How the infinite rule keeps a round going
