What the Galaxy Fit3 Plugin does with your band

Galaxy Fit3 Plugin is a companion app for the Samsung Galaxy Fit3 fitness band. The developer says it does not run on its own. It needs Galaxy Wearable installed first, and then it handles the syncing between the band and the phone.

It scans for nearby devices so the band can connect to the phone. It is aimed at Fit3 owners who want their phone's contacts, messages, calls and calendar to show up on the band.

Calls, texts and contacts on the band

With the plugin, the band can make calls and send messages, and your contacts are synced to it so names are available there. Incoming text messages are synced and shown on the band. Call history can also be displayed on the band.
