Samsung Health is a health and fitness tracker from Samsung Electronics. The developer describes it as a place to log activity, workouts, food, weight and sleep, and to watch the results over time. Much of the recording is meant to happen automatically, so the app can build a picture of daily activity without manual entry.
The home screen shows a set of health records that you choose. You can add or remove items, such as daily steps and activity time, to suit what you want to track. People who already use a Galaxy Watch get the most detail, since the listing ties sleep and exercise features to that device.
The build we hold is Samsung Health 7.00.6.011 (APK) for Android 10 and up.

The app records fitness activities including running, cycling and swimming. Many activities are logged automatically rather than entered by hand. Activity amounts and workout intensity feed into the daily condition view.
For Galaxy Watch owners, the listing names Life Fitness, Technogym and Corehealth as partners for guided exercise on the watch. The listing does not describe how those integrations work in detail.
You can record meals and snacks each day to build a food log. The listing presents this as part of creating regular eating habits, and it sits alongside weight tracking in the app's summary.
Goals can be set at a level that fits the user. The goals are tracked against the same daily activity and condition data as the rest of the app.
The daily condition view covers activity amount, workout intensity, heart rate, stress and the oxygen level in the blood. The listing presents these together as a single picture of how your body is doing day to day.
The listing does not say which devices supply each reading. It only names the measurements the app tracks.
Sleep monitoring is tied to the Galaxy Watch. The app reports sleep levels and a sleep score for each night, which the developer presents as a way to improve sleep quality over time.
Sleep data sits in the same app as the activity, meal and condition records, so it can be read next to the rest of the daily log.
