Calling abroad and what calls can cost

The developer says international calls are priced competitively and do not use the international minutes on your carrier plan. Calls placed through a Google Voice access number on Android, however, use standard minutes from your cell plan. The listing warns these can cost extra, for example when you are travelling internationally.
