Build muscle, lose weight, gain strength, and increase height with Home Workouts through effective workout routines.

Home Workout No Equipment is a bodyweight training app from Leap Fitness Group. It is built around exercises done at home without weights or gym machines, and the developer lists HIIT, calisthenics, Pilates and six-pack routines among its formats.
The developer positions it for people who want to build muscle, tone up, burn fat or work on their height, and who have no equipment or gym access. The listing describes the workouts as short daily sessions, with plans that the developer says its certified trainers have put together.
The build we hold is Home Workout - No Equipment 1.8.0 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

You can pick workouts for abs, chest, legs, arms and butt, or choose full body sessions that work several muscle groups together. The developer says the routines are personalized, and the app builds daily workout plans from them.
The listing also includes fat burning workouts and muscle building programs, and it names a men's home workout section. Each of these is a set of bodyweight exercises, so the same session can be used for toning or for building strength.
The app has height increase programs for kids, teens and adults. These pair stretching with posture correction and strengthening exercises, and the developer presents them as a daily routine rather than a single session.
Separate stretching routines target posture and the spine, and the developer says they are meant to support a healthy spine during growth. Warm-up and stretching are also built around the main workouts, so a session can start and end with mobility work.
The app logs each exercise automatically, so completed workouts build up into a progress record. A separate weight loss tracker follows body change over time, and the listing says it is meant to show progress clearly.
Smart reminders can prompt you to keep to your schedule. You can also share your progress to social media and work out alongside friends, if you want to show results to other people.
Every exercise has animation and video guidance that shows how the movement is done. The developer presents this as a way for beginners to start without a coach, and as a way to check form during each rep.
The guides are the main way the app teaches the movements, so they carry most of the instruction for the bodyweight routines.
