Sam's Club app lets Plus members link their accounts to activate Walmart+

Since October 20, Sam's Club Plus has included an annual Walmart+ membership at no extra cost. Only the primary Plus member qualifies, and the two accounts stay separate until they are linked.

Walmart+ comes with Plus

Sam's Club Plus members can now link their account to Walmart+ inside the Sam's Club app and get a year of Walmart's subscription without paying more. According to Sam's Club's help centre, beginning October 20, 2026, Sam's Club Plus includes Walmart+ Annual at no extra cost. To use the Walmart+ benefits, a member has to link their Sam's Club digital account and Walmart+ accounts.

Walmart's help page explains how to do it. Members open the app and select Link Accounts on Plus Member screen pop-up. If pop-up doesn't appear, select Account. From there they sign in to an existing Walmart+ account or create one, then verify it with a one-time code or a password. Linking doesn't merge anything: Walmart and Sam's Club accounts remain separate. Each membership also keeps its own app.
