Pretend play in Pepi City: become a doctor or a patient. Our city, your stories!
Senior reviews editor
Pepi City: Hospital Life is a city life simulation from Pepi Play, aimed at children and built around pretend play. The developer presents the hospital as one area of the wider Pepi City world, which is an avatar-based town with a colorful setting and several locations.
The hospital is the part the developer describes in most detail. It is a city centre staffed by doctors, nurses and patients, and it is the starting point for role-play in the game.
The build we hold is Pepi City: Hospital Life 3.17.2 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

A child can take the role of a doctor, a nurse or an avatar patient. The developer says each visit to the hospital can turn into a new story, so the same building supports very different games depending on which role is chosen.
Because the roles swap easily, one player can run a full treatment session as staff and then go through it again as the patient.
The developer lists x-rays among the hospital activities, along with what it calls playful treatments. Tools and rooms are described as interactive, so the equipment is meant to be used during play rather than only looked at.
These tools give the role-play something to do with its hands. A doctor role has equipment to work with, and a patient role has treatments to receive.
Players can design their own avatars, which are the characters they use across the game. The developer describes the city as a colorful world with locations that include surprises, so there is more to find than the hospital alone.
The hospital connects to the rest of the city, so a story that starts in the clinic can carry on into other places.
The developer says the player decides how each story unfolds, and it describes the game as open-ended, with no fixed storyline. That fits a game built around creativity and imaginative play.
The listing places the game among kids' role-play titles and simulations, and its focus is on inventing scenes and characters rather than completing a set task.
