Pepi Doctor is a children's game in which the player takes the role of a doctor in a child-friendly hospital. The developer frames it around children who are nervous about hospital or dentist visits, and the listing rates it for ages 3 and up.
The player helps three Pepi characters, Amber, Eva and Milo, by working through treatments in the hospital setting. The game is built around pretend play rather than reading or scoring.
Before treating a patient, a child can look over a range of doctors' tools and see what each one is for. The listing describes this as learning about the tools while using them, not as a separate lesson.
The listing says each of the five conditions is worked through at the child's own pace, so there is no stated time limit or order the child must follow.
The first is treating flu. The second is putting patches on injuries from an unexpected bike ride accident. The third is a dentist visit to heal a sore tooth. The fourth uses an X-ray to find a broken bone and then treats it.
