This page needs its stylesheet to be shown
The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

File manager to access files or folders in your device

Samsung My Files is a file manager that works much like a file explorer on a desktop computer. It shows the files stored on the phone itself and lets you work with them from one screen. The developer also lists SD cards, USB drives and connected cloud storage as places it can manage at the same time.
It suits anyone who keeps downloads, documents, photos or installer files on an Android phone and wants a single place to find and tidy them. It is built around storage rather than around any one type of file.
The app browses internal storage, SD cards and USB drives. From there you can create folders, move, copy, share, compress and decompress files, and open a details view for any file.
Compression and decompression cover archives you receive or want to send on, so you do not need a separate tool for those steps. Sharing sends a file out from the same screen where you found it.
The developer lists Google Drive and OneDrive as cloud services the app connects to. Files stored in those accounts appear next to the files on your device, so you can manage both from the same place.
Using these connections depends on signing in to the matching account on the phone.
A Storage Analysis button on the main screen is the listing's route to finding space to free up. It is the first thing to tap when the phone is running short.
The Edit My Files home setting lets you hide storage you do not use from the main screen, so the places you visit most are the ones that stay in view.
The Recent Files list collects files you have downloaded, run or opened. The Categories list groups files by type: downloaded items, documents, images, audio, video and installation files (.APK).
Folder and file shortcuts can appear on the device home screen as well as on the My Files main screen. A list view option shows long file names in full rather than cutting them short with ellipses.
The build we hold is Samsung My Files 10.1.10.342 (APK) for Android 9.0 and up.
