What SecuSUITE® is for

SecuSUITE® is an encrypted communication app for voice calls and instant messages, made by BlackBerry Limited. It is aimed at organizations whose staff need to talk and message without being overheard. The developer says several national governments use it to protect their communications against foreign and domestic espionage.

Using SecuSUITE® requires a valid license obtained directly from BlackBerry. Without one, the app is not usable.

Making encrypted voice calls

Calls are encrypted end to end, so the audio is protected from anyone trying to listen in along the way. The listing says calls connect quickly and that voice quality stays high. Those are the developer's claims, and they are not verified here.

Calls are placed with other SecuSUITE® users in the same organization, which is how the encryption is meant to work.

Encrypted group messaging and file sharing
