Multi Tool For USB Devices / Console Games

Editor, tools and utilities
USB Tools is a set of disk maintenance tools that runs on the phone itself. It works with USB flash drives, SD card adapters, SSDs and USB hubs connected through OTG, and the listing says most of it needs no root. Root is only required for the phone's internal SD card slot.
The tools suit people who want to prepare, check or clean removable storage without a computer, and people who copy PS2 or PS3 games onto USB drives for a console. Banner and rewarded video ads keep the core features free. A Pro upgrade removes the ads, lifts usage limits, turns off the token system and allows offline use and ad blockers. Without Pro, an internet connection is required.
The build we hold is USB TOOLS 12.3.3 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

The USB Formatter lets you pick the file system, cluster size and volume label, and choose an MBR (Legacy) or GPT (UEFI) partition table. Supported file systems are FAT16, FAT32, exFAT, NTFS and EXT2, EXT3 and EXT4.
The Partition Wizard creates, deletes, formats and renames partitions, and converts a drive between MBR and GPT. You can back up and restore individual partitions, and queue several changes and undo them before anything is applied. The USB Defragmenter works on FAT32 and exFAT partitions, and the listing says it fixes fragmented files, which PS2 OPL requires.
Formatting and multi-partition actions use tokens. A single format costs 1 token, a multi-partition setup costs up to 3, and the PS2 USB fix costs 1 when formatting is needed. Tokens come from watching rewarded ads or from purchase, and Pro turns the token system off.
The Bad Blocks Check scans a drive using one or two write and read passes. It reports read, write and corruption errors along with the locations of bad blocks, and it flags fake USB drives and fake SD cards that report more capacity than they hold.
The USB Device Benchmark measures sequential and random read and write speed, in either read-only or read and write mode. Device Info shows the vendor ID, product ID, manufacturer, serial number, USB version, interfaces, capacity, block size, total blocks and partition count.
Backup & Restore creates full backups of the content on a USB drive and restores from saved backups. These tools do not use tokens.
USB Wipe securely erases all data and partitions from a USB drive or SD card. It is listed among the free actions, along with the defragmenter, benchmark, device info and bad block check.
The PS2 USB Utils, labelled OPL Games Utility, imports, organizes, renames, deletes, defragments and exports PS2 games. It handles ISOs larger than 4GB, BIN/ISO files, and USBExtreme .ul conversion, and it can import games already in .ul format. It generates ul.cfg and OPL playlists, downloads cover art, and can convert a drive to MBR without losing data. PlayStation 1 games in .VCD form can be imported for POPStarter.
The PS3 ISO Tools cover creating an ISO from folders and extracting one back out. They can patch ISOs for specific Target CFW versions, split large ISOs for FAT32 or join segments, show title and game ID, and rename files by name or ID with [auto] or [online] tags. The Game Converter changes files between ISO, BIN/CUE, VCD, ZSO, CSO and CHD, and compresses ISOs to ZSO or CSO to save space.
